workshop About Upgrading the Top-Batimetry of the Seaside
On February 20, the workshop was held at the Hydrographic Institute on the update of the top-baptometry of the coast, with about 60 participants, from 21 different entities working on coastal issues.
This meeting is essential for the construction of an update model of the coastal top-batometry, which is fundamental for coastal zone planning, civil protection, support for humanitarian missions, defense, business and, of course, for improving the quality of coastal dynamics models.
The top-baptometry by remote sensing from space, or by aerial vehicles, and the remote sensing by videomonitoring, from the beach, were some themes presented in this workshop that aroused more interest.
