Visit by the Director-General of the Marine Institute of Ireland to the Hydrographic Institute
The Director-General of the Marine Institute of Ireland, Dr. Peter Heffernan, was received today at the Hydrographic Institute (HI) by his counterpart Rear Admiral Carlos Ventura Soares.
This visit was aimed at narrowing synergies in the context of the study of the sea in particular the Atlantic Ocean.
There was an opportunity to present the IH and to visit the respective technical areas.
