Visit of the Sea Science Degree Course of the University of Aveiro

Last November, the Hydrographic Institute received a visit from a group of 39 students, accompanied by Professor Filomena Maria Martins of the University of Aveiro (AU).

The visit of these students of the 1st year of the Degree in Sea Sciences (LCMar) of the AU took place within the curricular unit of Law and Policies of the Sea, (DPM), in order to inform the students the role of the Hydrographic Institute in the protection, conservation and defense of the environment and marine resources and the activities developed in the laboratories of Chemistry and Pollution of the Marine Environment and Sedimentology.
