University of Aveiro visits the Hydrographic Institute

The Hydrographic Institute received today, November 17, the visit of 36 students from the University of Aveiro, from the courses of Sea Sciences, Geology and Meteorology, Oceanography and Geophysics, under the discipline of Geological Oceanography.

This visit consisted of a presentation to the students with the aim of making known the attributions and organic structure of the IH, as well as its functioning and the responsibilities of the various divisions of the Technical Directorate. The following was a visit to the laboratories of Marine Geology and Chemistry and Pollution of the Marine Environment.
