Division of Chemistry and Pollution of the Marine Environment of the IH publishes scientific article in international newspaper

The Division of Chemistry and Pollution of the Marine Environment of the Hydrographic Institute recently published an article of scientific context in an international newspaper with relevant impact factors.

The article entitled “Monte Carlo bottom-up evaluation of global instrumental quantification uncertainty: Flexible and user-friendly computer tool“ by Vanessa Morgado, Carla Palma and Ricardo Silva reveals the success of the results obtained from the research work under the Master’s Degree in Chemistry by Vanessa Morgado of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon in collaboration with the Hydrographic Institute.

This paper presents an innovative computational tool developed by the authors, which was successfully applied to the analysis of metals in river sediments.
