Students from the University of Coimbra visit the Hydrographic Institute

The Hydrographic Institute received today, April 4, in its premises of Rua das Trinas and the Azinheira Hydrographic Base, the visit of 32 students of the Geology degree from the University of Coimbra, within the discipline of Marine Geology.

This visit, requested by the Department of Earth Sciences of that university, aimed to make known to students the practical use of the knowledge they have been acquiring in the field of Marine Geology, as well as the techniques, equipment and projects in which the IH participates in this area.
