Certificate delivery ceremony of the Specialization Course in Hydrography 2015/2016

This Friday, February 17, was held at the Salão Nobre D. Pedro Nunes, the graduation ceremony of the Specialization Course in Hydrography 2015/2016, taught by the School of Hydrography and Oceanography of the Hydrographic Institute.

This course, completed by 4 Portuguese Navy Class officers, 4 Portuguese civilians and one from Brazil, is one of the 20 courses worldwide, internationally recognized with category A*, placing Portugal among the 15 countries of the world and among the 7 European countries with this recognition.

This course demonstrates the importance of training at the School of Hydrography and Oceanography for the Navy, Portugal and also at the international level.

The ceremony was chaired by the Director-General of the Hydrographic Institute, Rear Admiral Coelho Candido.
