Protocol signature with the Municipality of Cascais

The Hydrographic Institute (HI) and the Municipality of Cascais signed, this December, a protocol for technical and scientific cooperation, with the aim of developing technical cooperation and exchange of experiences, knowledge and technical and scientific information, as well as promoting training activities, actions and research, conservation and joint monitoring projects in the fields of hydrography, oceanography, chemistry, marine geology and hydrographic cartography, based on the principles of equality and reciprocity of advantages.

The event, chaired by the Mayor of Cascais, Carlos Carreiras, took place in the auditorium of the Paula Rego House of Stories at the end of the Municipal Council of the Sea.
