“Who Makes IH” is the feature that highlights, on a monthly basis, the people who make the Hydrographic Institute what it is.

Born on 28 July 1988, Bruno Neves began his career in the Navy as a contract serviceman, enlisting in May 2013. He was assigned to the Hydrographic Institute, where he served until the end of his contract in July 2019.

In March 2020, he joined the Hydrographic Institute as a Senior Technician, becoming part of the Communication and Public Relations Division. He currently works in the field of multimedia and communication, covering photography, video, graphic design and digital marketing, as well as the organisation of events and exhibitions related to the mission and activities of the Hydrographic Institute.

In his spare time, he devotes himself to music, playing the drums, and to landscape photography — hobbies that reflect his strong connection to creativity and visual expression.
