AQUIMAR Project starts another campaign

THE AQUIMAR PROJECT - Marine Knowledge Supporting Aquaculture started on March 20th another sediment sampling campaign aboard the NRP Auriga.

In this campaign, samples will be taken in two different areas, Figueira da Foz until Aveiro and Peniche.

In addition and taking advantage of the AQUIMAR campaign are also being carried out sediment crops for the HABWAVE- From benthic resting stages to HAB events: understanding the role of physical-biological coupling off NW Portugal, in partnership with the Faculty of Sciences of Lisbon and University of Aveiro.
