Poster of the 42nd IBSC Meeting - 2019 - Director of the School of Hydrography and Oceanography

The 42nd meeting of the International Board on Standards of Competence for Hydrographic Surveyors and Nautical Cartooners (IBSC) in which the Director of the School of Hydrography and Oceanography participates.

The poster chosen, designed to allow the disclosure of the event to the welcoming organization, the Marine Center of the University of Hawaii, was conceived at the Hydrographic Institute under the guidance of Commander Pereira Manteigas.
