FISHERIES visits the Hydrographic Institute

The Hydrographic Institute received yesterday, November 22, the visit of representatives of the countries that are part of the Permanent Structured Cooperation project “GeoMETOC Support Coordination Element (GMSCE)”.

The main task of the FISHERIES is to deepen cooperation on defence between the Member States. FISHERIES combines cooperative defence projects and binding commitments from its 25 participating member states.

This visit to the Hydrographic Institute took place following the eighth meeting of the steaming board of the GMSCE project, of which the Portuguese Navy is host. The project is led by Germany and of which Portugal is part.
