The visit ended with the signature of the Book of Honor by Admiral CEMA and AMN, where he expressed the following message “It was with great pleasure and satisfaction that I visited the IH. I like, because it was in this extraordinary institution that I learned and put into practice many of the technical and scientific knowledge about the sea, which so useful have been in my career as an officer of the Armada.
Satisfaction, because I see that the IH continues to progress in the path of what are the primal purposes of the Navy; serving the Portuguese at sea with quality, competence and readiness.
I leave everyone with my grateful thanks for their excellent work. ”
