Swearing-in ceremony as Head of the Oceanography Division
Fragnate Captain Teotónio Pires Barroqueiro is the new Head of the Oceanography Division of the Hydrographic Institute.
He took office today, February 4, 2022, at a ceremony chaired by the Director-General of the Hydrographic Institute, Rear Admiral Mário Simões Marques, surrendering in office the Fragnate Captain Carlos Santos Fernandes.
