New Edition of the Viana do Castelo Nautical Chart Now Available

The 3rd edition of Nautical Chart 26401 (INT 1870), “Approaches to Viana do Castelo,” has been published.

This update incorporates new topographic and hydrographic information, addressing the needs of the National and International Chart Folio of the Hydrographic Institute.

The compilation was carried out using the most recent data, including surveys conducted by the Hydrographic Brigade in 2024 and 2025.

Greater accuracy and up-to-date information mean safer and more efficient navigation.
