U.S. Naval Oceanographic Office. Navy visits the Hydrographic Institute

Today, 9 September, the Hydrographic Institute received a visit from a delegation of the Naval Oceanographic Office ed U.S. Navy.

O Naval Oceanographic Office is a pair institution of the Portuguese Navy Hydrographic Institute, which is dedicated to ensuring the activities related to the sciences and techniques of the sea in the United States of America.

This visit aimed to make known the activity that both institutions develop, as well as the prospects for future development. This transmission of knowledge and information enables the identification of areas of interest for possible collaborations from which a mutual benefit may arise.
