State Secretary for National Defense knows projects of the Hydrographic Institute

In the context of the recent visit of the Secretary of State for National Defense, Carlos Lopes Pires, to the Portuguese Navy, the Hydrographic Institute (IH) participated in a static exhibition, where it had the opportunity to make known its developments under the IHSensortech project, as well as demonstrate its capabilities at the technological and operational level.

During the exhibition, the IH presented a comprehensive overview of its latest capabilities in maritime technology, highlighting the practical application of remote monitoring systems and state-of-the-art sensors. The significant advances that the IHSensortech project aims to achieve were highlighted, highlighting the crucial role of the technologies that the project may lead to, in the continuous progress of maritime safety and in facilitating naval operations.
