Minister of National Defense visits the Hydrographic Institute

The Hydrographic Institute received today, June 19, the Minister of National Defense, Helena Carreiras, on a visit chaired by the Chief of Staff of the Armada, Admiral Gouveia.

This visit aimed to make known the activity that the IH develops in relation to the knowledge and techniques of the sea, as well as the future perspectives of technological and scientific development.

This transmission of knowledge and information enables the identification of areas of strategic importance for the National Defense.
