Hydrographic Institute personnel pay tribute to fellow serviceman

Driven by the integrity of character, spirit of camaraderie, and exemplary personal and professional conduct of Master Sergeant ETA Nóbrega de Sousa—demonstrated throughout his years of service at the Hydrographic Institute—his leadership and colleagues made a point of accompanying him and recording what was, symbolically, his final ceremony of lowering the National Flag.
