Watchmaker Master of the Hydrographic Institute is sworn to WorldSkills Portugal

It began on Wednesday, November 13, the WorldSkills Portugal National Championship. This year, the Hydrographic Institute (IH) is once again present through Pedro Coelho, the watchmaker master of the IH, who participates as a juror.

WorldSkills Portugal is a competition aimed at young people between the ages of 17 and 25, where they perform practical performance tests evaluated according to internationally established technical prescriptions, with juries composed of highly qualified experts (trainers, professionals, entrepreneurs).

Pedro Coelho, a watchmaker at the Service of Precision Instruments of the Hydrographic Institute, will use his extensive experience in the area to evaluate the evidences of the Watchmaking Course.

This edition of the National Championship of the WorldSkills Portugal runs from 11 to 15 November in Europarque, Santa Maria da Feira.
