Kick-off EMODnet Ingestion III

EMODnet Ingestion III held its kick-off meeting on 16 and 17 June in Athens, Greece. The project, in its third phase, involves 45 organisations from 28 European countries, and aims to motivate more marine data originators. At this stage it is proposed to extend the number of organisations forwarding their data to the European EMODnet network, thereby safeguarding its existence and ensuring long-term availability and sharing.
