Hydrographic Institute to Host the XI MIA2025 Symposium

The 11th Symposium on the Atlantic Iberian Margin (MIA2025) serves as an open forum for discussion on the Iberian margin (Iberian Peninsula, Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands) and aims to present and debate the latest research methods and findings by Portuguese and Spanish scientists and postgraduate students.

The symposium will focus on key topics such as Marine Geology, Coastal Sedimentary Dynamics, Ocean Process Modelling and Simulation, Biogeochemical Processes, Microplastic Pollution, and Geoarchaeology.
