Hydrographic Institute participates in the 12th Portuguese Conference on Coastal and Port Engineering

The Hydrographic Institute took part in the 12th Portuguese Conference on Coastal and Port Engineering, held on 6 and 7 November in Figueira da Foz.
The event brought together experts and professionals from across the country, promoting dialogue between science, technology, and the management of coastal and port areas.

Seven presentations were delivered by the Hydrographic Institute, covering topics such as wave dynamics, marine chemistry, bathymetry, navigation safety, information systems, and data infrastructures.

This participation reinforces the IH’s commitment to research, sustainability, and the advancement of knowledge about the ocean.
