Hydrographic Institute present at the European Maritime Day

This year, the Lisbon Congress Centre receives the European Maritime Day (EMD). An event co-organized by the European Commission (DG MARE), by the Ministry of the Sea (General Directorate of Maritime Policy), by the Lisbon City Council, with the collaboration of the Ocean Forum.

This event, where the Hydrographic Institute will be present, lasts two days, 16 and 17 May, and offers over a hundred exhibitors, several workshops, breakout sessions, pitches, business meetings and still an expository part.

EMD promotes the sharing and presentation of projects, products and ideas, enabling new contacts, opportunities and partnerships.

It targets maritime professionals, entrepreneurs, companies, among other associations and government institutions, and this year it is estimated the presence of 1500 participants from 50 countries.

This issue focuses on blue entrepreneurship, research, innovation and investment.
