Hydrographic Institute Participates in Geospatial World Forum 2025
The Hydrographic Institute (IH) took part in the Geospatial World Forum 2025 (#GWF2025), an event organized by #GeospatialWorld dedicated to innovation in mapping technologies and geospatial information management.
The forum was held in Madrid from April 22 to 25 and brought together various experts and professionals in the field. IH actively participated in the Hydrospatial Infrastructure & Blue Economy Summit session, delivering a presentation focused on marine data management and the new national infrastructure, the National Oceanographic Data Centre of Portugal (NODC-PT) (NODC-EN).
The Hydrographic Institute's presence at this event reinforces its commitment to ocean sustainability and highlights the importance of collecting, managing, and making marine data available to society.
