Hydrographic Institute participates in Marine Robotics Summer School

Ends this Friday, July 19, the 4th edition of Marine Robotics Summer School.

The initiative came under the MIT Portugal Program (MPP), in partnership with the LSTS – Laboratory of Underwater Systems and Technologies of the FEUP and with the Institute of Research in Sea Sciences - OKEANOS, University of the Azores.

The 4th edition of Marine Robotics Summer School, which started on July 8, was attended by an officer from the Maritime Instrumentation Center of the Aspiring Hydrographic Institute Anabela Aguiar.

For two weeks, students had the opportunity to acquire and deepen expertise in the areas of marine robotics and oceanography, including the operation and technology behind Azor Drift. Cam.
