Hydrographic Institute in Business2Sea 9th Edition

The Hydrographic Institute (HI) was present in the 9th edition of Business2 It was held between November 11 and 13 at the Port Customs Congress Centre.

In this edition, devoted to the general theme “Conservation of Oceans and Sustainable Use of Marine Resources”, the IH has promoted a dissemination action of the MELOA - Multi-purpose/Multi-sensor Extra Light Oceanography Apparatus project (http://www.hydrografico.pt/iproject/27).

The action consisted of a demonstration launch of WAVY drift floats in the Douro River and counted on the cooperation of the students of the FOR-MAR sailor courses.
The result of this experience was presented in real time at the event exhibition.
