Hydrographic Institute has new Technical Director

On 7 October 2022, in a ceremony chaired by the Director-General of the Hydrographic Institute (IH), Rear Admiral Mário Simões Marques, took over the position of Technical Director of the IH, Captain Delgado Vicente, surrendering the captain-de-mar-e-war Bessa Pacheco, who served in the position for three years.
