Hydrographic Institute and NOVA Information Management School present Artifical Intelligence platform for the Sea

The Hydrographic Institute (HI) and the NOVA Information Management School (New IMS) presented, on October 12, the platform MarIA – Artificial Intelligence for the Sea, in Portugal Smart Cities Summit 2023.

MarIA is an operation financed by the SAMA2020 programme with the aim of establishing synergies between higher education institutions and central government organizations in the state through mutual benefit dynamics.

The project allowed the co-creation of new products and services in the field of artificial and analytical intelligence, knowledge transfer and scientific skills and the development of real challenges associated with the activity of a national hydrographic service.
