Instituto Hidrográfico hosts International Hydrographic Organization meeting

The Instituto Hidrográfico hosted the 16th Meeting of the International Hydrographic Organization's Marine Spatial Data Infrastructures Working Group (IHO MSDIWG 16) from March 18 to 21.

This working group aims to enhance the demand, access, interoperability, and reuse of marine geospatial data, promoting the sustainable and safe use of the ocean.

The group's activities focus on sharing best practices in developing infrastructures that facilitate the management, access, and visualization of marine geospatial data, ensuring that solutions meet the needs and expectations of users and decision-makers.
