Hydrographic Institute welcomes students from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon

On Monday, March 10, the Hydrographic Institute (IH) welcomed 14 students from the Master's program in Marine Sciences at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon (FCUL), as part of the Chemical Oceanography course unit.

Dr. Carla Palma, head of the Marine Chemistry and Pollution Division at IH, gave a lecture to the students on chemical oceanography, covering its basic principles.

The students also had the opportunity to visit the Marine Chemistry and Pollution Division laboratory.
