IH collaborates with APDL

Recently, a team composed of elements of the Hydrographic Institute and the Detachment of Sappers No. 2 participated in a mission on the beach of Matosinhos, in collaboration with elements of the Capitania of Leixões and the Instituto de Socorro a Naufragos de Matosinhos. During this mission, two structures were maintained with current profilers, the recovery of an ondograph buoy that was adrift and the relocation of another ondograph buoy to its original position.

All these works were carried out in the context of providing services to the Administration of the Port of Leixões, where real-time maritime agitation processes are intended to be monitored.
