Float foundry Coastal Faro

During the 6th and 7th of January a team composed of members of the Oceanography Division and the Maritime Instrumentation Center of the Hydrographic Institute carried out a mission aboard the NRP Andromeda, with the aim of placing the coastal Faro buoy in the sea in its operational position, off Faro.

The environmental data transmitted by this buoy are again available on our Internet portal in www.hidrografico.pt.
