First Portuguese Navy Artificial Intelligence Symposium

The Hydrographic Institute received yesterday, September 11, at its premises, the first Portuguese Navy Artificial Intelligence Symposium.

This symposium, chaired by the Chief of Staff of the Armada, Admiral Gouveia and Melo, had as its theme “The Transformational Challenge of Artificial Intelligence” and proposed to make known the latest developments with this technology, from the perspective of invited speakers, this event being the preamble of the IDEIA conference of 2024 that the Navy will organize subordinate to the theme “Artificial Intelligence and naval operations”.
