First Map of Superficial Chains Leça da Palmeira

Following the completion of the installation of one more station Radar HF, this time in Leça da Palmeira, we are finally able to present to the community the first Map of Superficial Currents, resulting from the integration of several stations based between Leça da Palmeira and Finistère.

These maps with data from spaced currents of 1500m every 60 minutes, in addition to giving us the full details of the coastal dynamics, allow a significant increase in our forecasting capacity in case of search and rescue operations.
