Director of Mozambique’s School of Fisheries to view the Hydrographic Institute

The Director-General of the Hydrographic Institute (IH), Rear Admiral Coelho Candido received, this Thursday, May 11, 2017, the Director of the Mozambique Fishing School, accompanied by Dr. Alexandre Duce, Head of Human Resources of the Ministry of the Sea, Interior Waters and Fisheries, for a work visit.

This meeting enabled the exchange of information on the activities carried out by this institute and the main projects underway, at national and international level, in the areas of sea sciences, with special emphasis on navigation, hydrography and oceanography, and the School of Hydrography and Oceanography.

At the Library, visitors were able to observe Mozambique's historical hydrographic charts.
