Commander Viana Machado Appointed as the New Financial Director of the Hydrographic Institute

Commander Viana Machado has assumed duties as the Financial Director of the Hydrographic Institute, succeeding Commander Martins Gonçalves.

The ceremony, presided over by the Director-General of the Hydrographic Institute, Rear Admiral Ramalho Marreiros, concluded with the traditional Porto de Honra, marking the occasion.
