Commander Santos Melo Appointed Head of the Oceanography Division

Lieutenant Commander Santos Melo assumed office this week as Head of the Oceanography Division, succeeding Commander Pires Barroqueiro, in a ceremony presided over by the Director-General of the Hydrographic Institute, Rear Admiral Ramalho Marreiros.

The Hydrographic Institute wishes him every success in the performance of his new duties.
