Command delivery ceremony of NRP D. Carlos I

On September 9, it took place aboard the NRP D. Carlos I'm the command delivery ceremony.

At this ceremony, Fragnate Captain Nuno Palmeiro Ribeiro delivered the ship, orders and instructions to the new commander, Lieutenant Captain Teotónio Pires Barroqueiro.

Commander Pires Barroqueiro recently served in the Oceanography Division of the Hydrographic Institute. You will now command this hydro-oceanographic research ship that has been in the service of the Portuguese Navy since 1995.
