Roberto Ivens Minebuster: 100 years later
On July 26, 1917, the mine-hunting vessel Roberto Ivens sank, 9 miles from the SSW of the Bugio, by hitting a mine launched by a German submarine.
To mark this ephemeral, we share here a video containing the images of the ship's wreckage.
These images result from the analysis of water column data acquired by a multi-beam probe, obtained during the vessel identification campaign conducted by the Hydrographic Institute in February 2016.
