Renewal audit – ISO 9001 Certification

At the end of October, the Hydrographic Institute received a team of two APCER auditors to carry out the Quality Management System renewal audit. This audit consisted of systematically and independently collecting the data needed for the correct analysis and assessment of compliance with the benchmark requirements, including the requirements associated with the products and services provided, as well as the established processes.

At the end of the audit the audit team considered that based on the observations and findings of the audit, “...the quality management system evidence a high degree of compliance with the requirements of NP EN ISO 9001:2015 and that the IH has the resources, skills and ability to ensure the conditions necessary to achieve the objectives arising from its Mission, Policy and established objectives. ”

The audit team recommended the recognition of the renewal of the certification to APCER, which depends on the competent bodies of this independent external body.
