Ambassador of Norway Visits the Hydrographic Institute

The Hydrographic Institute received a visit from Ambassador of Norway, Hanne Brusletto, at its premises on Trinas Street, Lisbon and the Azinheira Hydrographic Base, in Seixal, last week.

During the visit, the Ambassador had the opportunity to know the mission, vision, values and competencies of the Hydrographic Institute, as well as the activities she performs in the scientific field, with a view to the development of the sciences and techniques of the sea.

In addition, there was also the opportunity to visit the NATO Maritime GEOMETOC Centre of Excellence (MGEOMETOC COE), the NATO Centre of Excellence which is based at the Hydrographic Institute.
