Declaration of Accessibility and Usability
The Hydrographic Institute undertakes to make available the website Hydrographic Institute, in accordance with Decree-Law No 83/2018 of 19 October, transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

The National Institute for Rehabilitation (INR, I.P.), provides a form to report discrimination situations, forwarding the complaints to the competent authorities. Annually, the INR, I.P. draws up an annual report on law enforcement prohibiting and punishing discrimination on the grounds of disability and the existence of an increased health risk (Law No 46/2006 of 28 August).
This Declaration of Accessibility and Usability was created with the help of WAI-Tools PT v1.5 generator, developed under the project WAI-Tools, of which the AMA is an integral part. The Declaration was conceived in accordance with Decree-Law No 83/2018 of 19 October.
