SIMOcean

The project aims to create a structure that aggregates different data sources contributing to the improvement of marine data management.
Such data may be observational, satellite or resulting from forecasting models.

The Hydrographic Institute is responsible for contributing to the marine monitoring catalogue and data viewer, with the integration of digital terrain models, oceanographic data and the results of the maritime and circulation agitation forecasts.
