Book Launch ‘From the Sea in Exaltation of Portugal’

On 19 December 2019, the Hydrographic Institute presented the book “Do Mar em Exaltação de Portugal” by Gonçalo Magalhães Collaço.

Rear Admiral Carlos Ventura Soares, Director-General of the Hydrographic Institute, chaired the session. The author presented his motivation and it was up to Prof. Dr. Sonia Ribeiro and Prof. Doctor Armando Marques Guedes defends the importance of the book.

The editor, Admiral Alexandre da Fonseca, moderated the presentation and explained his motivation to support this project within the framework of the "Revista de Marinha Editions".
