Hydrographic Institute collaborates with the City Council of Seixal for a happier Christmas

Maintaining the Christmas tradition, the Hydrographic Institute (IH) promoted the solidarity campaign of collecting toys A Smile for the Little Ones, with the aim of bringing more joy to the children in this festive time.

The initiative resulted in the raising of various types of toys, such as stuffed toys, board games, educational toys, electronics, puzzles, books, among others, intended for children of all ages. This gesture of solidarity was possible thanks to the generosity of the IH community, composed of military, militarized and civil.

The toys, after intervention by the IH, were delivered to the Municipality of Seixal on Thursday, December 19, with the presence of the head of the Division of Social Development and Citizenship, Dr. Soraia Isuufo.

Through the City Council of Seixal, toys will be distributed to children from families in socioeconomic need. With this action, the Hydrographic Institute hopes to contribute so that the Christmas of the little ones will be happier and there will be no missing gifts.
