Completion of the MSI course ( Maritime Safety Information)
In the context of the parallel activities of the CPLP 2nd Hydrography Conference, the maritime safety information course taught by the Hydrographic Institute by videoconferencing (VTC) ended on October 31.
This course, with 10 hours of training, distributed for 5 days, included 98 representatives from various institutions and organizations of the CPLP countries, including Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique and São Tomé and Príncipe.
The 2nd Hydrography Conference, which takes place in Mindelo, as of Monday, from 4 to 8 November 2024, was organized by the Port Maritime Institute of Cape Verde (IMP-CV), the IH and the Executive Secretariat of CPLP, with the support of the Board of Hydrography and Navigation of the Brazilian Navy.
The 1st Hydrography Conference of the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries (CPLP) took place in Lisbon from 4 to 7 July 2022, in the context of the second Conference of the United Nations Oceans.
