Workplace Gymnastics Class in Alcântara

The last Workplace Gymnastics class before the summer break took place yesterday, July 1st, in Alcântara.
The session focused on promoting the well-being of the Hydrographic Institute staff and was marked by a relaxed atmosphere, positive energy, and great spirits throughout the entire physical practice.
